David Snively has been a leader in the fitness industry for over 25 years. A former 7-time Canadian diving Champion, 1980 Olympic team member, and a member of the 1980 All-American Diving team, David has hosted two successful workout television shows over the past 15 years, "Great Shape" and "Caribbean Workout." These television shows have been seen in over 15 countries worldwide and continue to air in Canada and the USA.

With over 25 different health and fitness certifications and counting, David is one of the premier fitness experts in the world. Besides being a much sought-after personal trainer who sees more than 150 clients a week, this 'Trainer's trainer' has traveled the world as a fitness consultant and presented at over 100 major conventions and conferences. He is currently certified as a Master Trainer with Gravity®, Twist® and TRX® and is scheduled to make nearly a dozen presentations on their behalf this year alone. He is also a strong believer in his own continuing eduction and spends as much time as possible taking courses and internships in all related fields of health and fitness.

Dave has been a fitness enthusiast throughout his life, playing waterpolo in University and maintaining his own strength and fitness while pursuing a sales career. A graduate of the F.I.T. personal training program, he is also certified with the prestigious National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), as well as on the TRX® and GTS® systems. He brings practical experience, maturity and humour to his work. An avid reader/researcher, Dave draws from a wealth of knowledge in planning his training programs.

Max is very passionate about fitness, motivation and lifestyle transformation and has been a personal trainer for 7 years. For Max, fitness and health are the by-products of internal harmony.

A graduate of the AEC program in 2007, he now has
 15 certifications to his credit in fitness and manual therapy. He also teaches an anatomy class at Cegep and a personal trainers course at the YMHA.

Max has always been athletic and enjoyed playing basketball, soccer and rugby in his high school and university years. Now focussing on a positive light hearted attitude combined with hard discipline, he tries to bring the best out of his clients with an individual approach.
