We currently have 4 cardio/strength classes, using a diverse range of exercises and equipment. Mix them up each week to benefit from the cross-training effect and leave no muscle untrained.

These classes combine 30 minutes of high intensity, calorie guzzling, heart-rate monitored cardio intervals with 30 minutes of metabolically demanding strength/endurance training using the latest in fitness equipment, to produce the most effective and efficient 1-hour workout in Montreal.

EPiC Treadcamp

Cardio and Strength combine in this station-based HIIT workout. Move from one fat burning, body toning exercise station to the next, all the while being tracked by our unique Polar Flow Heart Rate Technology. Blast calories, strengthen and tone your body from head to toe.

EPiC Tread ’n’ Glide

These classes are a hybrid of the popular Ride'n'Glide classes you may already know from DBS, but incorporating the treadmill instead of the spin bikes. They combine 30 minutes of heart pounding, cardio-building effort on the Freemotion Incline Trainer (Treadmill) with 30 minutes of non-stop, strength building on the Gravity Training System by Total Gym – an EPiC COMBO!
